GET Lab at MELECON 2016

GET Lab participated at the 18th Mediterranean Electrotechnical Conference – MELECON 2016 which took place on 18 – 20 April 2016 in Limassol, Cyprus.

The lab’s coordinator Despina Michael was the chair of the session Virtual Environments, 3D Simulations and Serious Games which took place on the 20th of April.

GET Lab’s PhD candidate Panagiotis Charalampous presented the article “Improved Hybrid Algorithm for Real Time Sound Propagation using Intelligent Prioritization” and the lab’s research associate Maria Christofi presented the article “SoundPacman: Audio Augmented Reality in Location-based Games” on the behalf of Thomas Chatzidimitris.
