GET Lab participated in the 7th Annual Virtual Reality and Healthcare Global Symposium (health23.ivrha.org), March 3-5, 2023 in Penn Medicine, Philadelphia, PA, USA, showcasing our FACE-UP project focusing on the development and preliminary evaluation of a VR-based approach for upper limb rehabilitation in chronic stroke survivors who suffer from hemiplegia.
We presented also several of our other projects aiming Physio-Psycho-Social Well-Being through Virtual Reality, implemented by GET Lab – Cyprus University of Technology and our team at Cyens CoE, the VR for Well-Being group.
The presented projects have been supervised by our coordinator, Associate Professor Despina Michael-Grigoriou, and implemented by our researchers Christos Kyrlitsias, Ali Najm, Christos Hadjipanayi, Maria Christofi and GET Lab’s research affiliates Dimitris Sokratous and Domna Banakou.
