Metropolitan Isaias of Tamasou and Orinis visited the Cyprus University of Technology on Tuesday 30th November 2021, to sign a memorandum of cooperation between the university and the Diocese in various fields such as the Planetarium under construction and the work of the Diocese to make it accessible to people with visual disabilities.
After the signing of the memorandum, Metropolitan Isaias visited the research laboratories of the Department of Multimedia and Graphic Arts including GET Lab, and the Arts laboratory of the Department of Fine Arts.
During his visit to GET Lab, he was shown our technologies such as the Virtuix Omni treadmill, the Xsens motion capture suit, and was shown a demo on the Vive Pro with the Vive trackers.
